SOC 2 Readiness
SOC 2 Readiness for SaaS Companies
Enterprise buyers ask for a SOC 2 report before they sign. We get your controls, policies, and evidence ready so your audit goes smoothly and deals stop stalling in security review.
SOC 2 Readiness at a glance
SOC 2 readiness is a consulting engagement in which OpsInfinity maps your controls to the AICPA Trust Services Criteria, fixes the gaps, and prepares the evidence a CPA firm needs for your SOC 2 Type I or Type II audit.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between SOC 2 Type I and Type II?
A Type I report checks that controls are designed correctly at a single point in time. A Type II report checks that they operated effectively over an observation period, commonly 3 to 12 months. Most enterprise buyers ask for Type II.
Does OpsInfinity issue the SOC 2 report?
SOC 2 reports can only be issued by a licensed CPA firm. OpsInfinity prepares your controls and evidence and supports you through the audit.
Do we need a penetration test for SOC 2?
The criteria do not mandate one by name, but most auditors and customers expect a recent penetration test as evidence of vulnerability management.
